I'm on a diet. I had an extra lean hamburger with a whole wheat bun and some steamed veggies.

2 Chicken Breasts wrapped in foil with a half strip of Bacon each and a thin pork Sausage pattie with my rub sprinkled on and cooked on grill...waiting on them to cool a little)and deciding on what to eat with...

A Reuben sandwich from the deli.

Sushi rolls from the supermarket... Not high class sushi, but good nonetheless.

Home made french fries today, with salt and ketchup, I cut them extra thick, I like them that way, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. Topped off with a glass of cold milk.

How do you do your homemade fries? Cut up potatoes and deep fry? Bake?
