That looks so good, I'm thinking it will be the next thing I grill. Unfortunately, that won't be until probably Sunday.

Well, tomorrow HIFI's taking me to Kansas City, won't be home til saturday afternoon. Might go to a cookout that night, so Sunday is the next available night. Maybe saturday if we don't get invited to the cookout, which is possible.

So, for lunch Friday we had Hardee's. I've never eaten there before, wasn't impressed by their mushroom swiss burger, but the fries were good. Saturday for lunch we went back to Hardee's and I had a bacon and cheese thickburger. It was great.

Diced & sliced 1 Bell Pepper, half a white Onion, 4 skinless Chicken Breasts and diced 2 Hatch green chiles along with some sliced mushrooms on top of a grated small potato with my rub ... in the electric skillet now, then will warm some Tortillas...

Thawing some Salmon Fillets, time to fire up the grill, wrap these in Bacon, sprinkle rub on and wrap in foil to cook...

Tacos... blended 1 red chile, 1 green chile, 1 Bell Pepper, 1/2 a white onion and 3 cloves of garlic and added to the meat about half way thru cooking the HB...

Toasted PB&J sandwich...yeah, it beats starving.
