I suddenly feel like eating at the Olive Garden (Soup & Salad)...haven't been there in a while.

Fajitas..
Sliced Chuck Steak, diced Potato, Hatch Green Chile & small Onion then added rub and cooked in skillet....
Served on Wheat Tortillas with grated sharp Cheddar Cheese (made some extra for work)
