No lunch today, I had a big breakfast. I'm waiting for dinner. SPOILER" BBQ chicken wings with my home made mango habanero sauce. Oops, wrong thread.

More like lunch supper mix, but had chicken breast tenderloins, marinated in pickle juice for a day and a half, then in buttermilk for 8 hours.
Chicken fried with flour, buttermilk powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, ground peppercorn for breading and 2 eggs with buttermilk to dip in before hand. (only ate 1.5 pieces as this was for both of our lunches next week) rather use salt than pickle juice in the future.
(Has sous vide ribs for lunch)
