Chicken strips cooked in the Ninja foodi topped with marinara sauce, sharp cheddar & parmesan cheese. Topped with spaghetti with marinara sauce topped with mozzarella/parmesan/cheddar cheese. Back in air fryer at 375 for 5 minutes... Sweet Tea

I cant do Menudo or Bud. The rest sounds great.

El Jimador in Carlsbad, NM? I ate there a few times. Once for breakfast. Great chilaquiles.

Yep, best Mexican food in town I think, Lucy's is overpriced and they charge for chips and salsa.

A lot of places charge for chips and salsa these days. It ticks me off. Especially if I'm paying north of $18 per plate for entrees. I understand that food prices are higher but nickel and dime gouging is unexceptable.

Lucy's was doing that before the pandemic, sad, we went to the old one more often ... there are some other Mexican food places but Mi Casita is noisy, and the others are small so...
