When does D* offer HD locals for channels that have recently upgraded to HD?

KDOC (Orange County -- Southern California) has recently upgraded their broadcasts to HD. How long does it normally take for D* to begin carrying the HD broadcasts? They have a Mexican station in HD, so I figure they should carry KDOC, especially since they carry a number of the Anaheim Ducks NHL games.

I would contact the station directly and ask them if they have a contract signed with D* yet.
If they say YES, then ask them to contact D* to verify that they will be on soon.
See if they have a date.
