I just upgraded one of my SD boxes to an HD (H25) one but am still waiting for my HDTV. I am unable to get the Whole Home DVR working and the DirecTV guy said it needed to be an HDTV. Seems like the HD receiver should be able to output the DVR as SD to watch on the SD TV. Just wondering if I have another problem with the whole home DVR setup or if this is really the case. Does anyone know?

What type of setup do you have? The H25 requires a swm setup to work.
I have a SWM setup. I found my Ethernet cable was disconnected from my main DVR receiver which caused the problem. I am now able to see my DVR list on my SD TV. The DirecTv CSR was wrong, as I suspected.
