Anyone here on the forum, don't forget we (IRT-Folk, DIRT, whatever you want to call us) can do things like this easily in most cases! Feel free to use us and save the multiple calls aka CSR-roulette! We have a nifty new tool we would LOVE to show you BTW. Some people on here have already seen this nifty lil joy-joy and prefer it in many cases, especially cases of this nature.
