NCP has an IPSec VPN client that run on 64-bit Windows, including Windows 7. Price is a little steep at $144 a seat. We use it at work since Cisco doesn't have a 64-bit client. It's compatible with our Cisco VPN concentrators.

i'm running Windows 7 Professional right now(RTM). It is very nice, but the most surprising factor, is that it is not even that different from the RC. That is good, because the RC was rock solid, more stable than XP for me. This is the Windows update we've been waiting for since 2005.
