Some things that I noticed are that HSN is now on KCWE-TV, Ch. 29.4 (Which makes me think that either it's a mistake or KCWE-TV plans on adding a subchannel to Ch. 29.3.), it has no audio, the picture appears kinda squished on the sides compared to the feed on KMCI-TV, Ch. 38.4 & also my main TV will not scan in the channel (The other channels on KCWE-TV's transport stream scan in ok.).

Many of the Hearst stations that have added programming over the past few weeks have skipped numbers. I assume there's something else they're planning to add.

ShopLC is what stations have added and don't need another one. Charge,Start TV,My Family Network,MEGATV and so on don't have yet. Use to have Heartland,TNN and so on. Rewind TV have to wait.
I am now able to get my Samsung TV to scan in Ch. 29.4. There is still nothing on Ch. 29.3.
PLEASE LOG IN TO GET RID OF THESE ADS!
I sent an email to KCWE asking what is going on with Ch. 29.3 & they said that they will be adding something to that channel, but don't know what yet.
