Options are nice, probably still won't be back for next football season, but we'll see how enticing the offers are.

If they (or someone else) had just a locals package with ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, CW, and PBS for a reasonable price, I'd consider it, but that doesn't seem to be a thing anyone wants to sell me. I get by with my antenna, HD Homerun, and Channels DVR, but it would be nice to have another option.

I remember when aereo would " lease" and antenna and you could get close to 80 local channels with subchannels ( in NYC metro)..it was better than cable

what about I don't get locals save the $32+/mo and upgrade to an hire tier or maybe add hbo.
Also let me drop espn if I don't want it.

I would guess, pricing will be close to DirecTV's Genre Packs

This doesn't appear to be all of them since they said they're going to over 10+, and these appear to be the higher priced options at the onset.

They should've done a better job of communicating the actual content of the packages in their "announcement". This implies there is going to be a News only package for example, but they didn't announce that today. Also, without the Turner channels the sports package isn't much use to college sports fans.
