NFL 2008-09 Season

how is it that you want to crown teams like the Cardinals and Texas Tech BEFORE they have done anything

First off, let me say that I NEVER had the Cardinals making the Super Bowl; personally, If the Giants were not to repeat, I see an AFC team possibly winning.

Personally, I'm a guy who likes to see new teams make great runs. I'm someone who tires of the same old stuff. In Tech, I saw a team that I thought could end the Texas-Oklahoma monopoly on the Big 12.

It reminds me of your Panthers in 2003; in an NFC that was about the Eagles, Rams, Bucs, and Packers as the dominant teams, your Panthers shook things up and made their great run.

It's a case of 'new kid on the block'.

the Giants who are the defending champions and have the best record in the league can't get an ounce of respect from you?

I've seen plenty of Super Bowl champs look great in the regular season, yet falter in the playoffs while trying to repeat (Rams, Ravens, Colts). Last year, I learned my lesson on assuming that the league's best team will just waltz to the Lombardi Trophy.

If you are going to make a nonsensical dig, please get it right it was defensive signals, not practices.

You are the one that has it wrong I believe. The Belichick Patricheats did tape practices as well as BOTH DEFENSIVE AND OFFENSIVE Signals:

And I quote
"An unnamed source has claimed a New England Patriots employee secretly videotaped the St. Louis Rams' pregame walk-through the day before Super Bowl XXXVI, the Boston Herald reported Saturday.

According to the report, an unnamed source close to the team during the 2001 season said that following the Patriots' walk-through at the Louisiana Superdome, a member of the team's video staff stayed behind and taped the Rams' walk-through -- a non-contact, no-pads practice at reduced speed in which a team goes through its plays. "

Sorry Skippy, Walsh had a meeting with Jets employee Godell and was proven to be a liar.

Goodell also said he was told by Walsh that the Patriots did not have a videotape of a walk-through practice of the St. Louis Rams before the 2002 Super Bowl.

don't mean to be an ahole. we should keep talking about this great NFL season :)

Not only did the Chargers get freaking HOSED,

but the Colts AGAIN barely win a game!

The Kardiac Kolts are the luckiest team in the world!

Their luck has to run out eventually!

I hate the Colts as much as the next guy, but they are the most dangerous team in the AFC right now.
