I'm here, also. Haven't said anything, since everyone else seems to cover what I think.

There is one thing that bothers me. TJ being pregnant. Please, Please, Please don't add a kid to the cast. It always makes a sci-fi show worse, IMO. Star Trek:TNG was able to make it with Wesley. And then they were lucky to boot him off the show.

That's another good one! Stargate: STD :D

And no, I wouldn't want anyone using my body for who-knows-what, while I'm elsewhere via the com-stones...

That was an issue for me the first season. It seemed to be more of a show about body switching than anything else. Who really cares about all the love ones back on earth... This is Stargate not As the World Turns... At least this season it has been toned down to a more acceptible level.

As far as Scott trying to bag every gal on the ship, well his competition is rather limited... A bunch of inverted science nerds vs young stud. I am surprised there are not more women lining up.

Pacific Northwest, where it rains a lot...
Now, that was refreshing! It felt like Stargate, of course having Shanks and Anderson in it helped a lot too, but I actually enjoyed 98% of this episode a lot! Camile is annoying as a migraine headache though. Can't they vent the air from her quarters when she goes to sleep? :D

Still watching, but there is an early scene where Rush leaves his Airman escort, and the airman says "Not to worry Colonel" and shows a book -- its a copy of John Scalzi's Old Man's War, one of the best pieces of new science fiction in the past few years.

I like that attention to detail.

So far, I am liking tis episode a lot.

Dang it this is good. Makes me want SG1 back even more. Only thing better than having Daniel in that scene would have been if he was joined by Mitchell and T'ealc. And that would have just too sweet.

And having Rhona Mitra in the episode is just icing on the cake.

I see Carter is in next week's episode. Sweet!

And I agree about air venting ming-na. :)

Was Carter in next week's trailer? I didn't notice. I'll have to rewatch the trailer!

It'd be tough for Ming-Na's character to be more annoying. Why couldn't the blue aliens have abducted her? Oh, I know...they wouldn't have been able to stand her constant petulance! :D

Here
It isn't on next week. It is two weeks before the next episode according to the end of the episode. I didn't see Carter either.

In the trailer, after Lou Diamond Philips says "the Lucian alliance, they are coming to take destiny", the screen shifts to the Pentagon, and Jack is standing looking at a screen with Carter on it it. Its there, I did not make it up. :D

And the previous also said, coming in 2 weeks.

Watched the 15th Anniversary edition of Stargate on BD today; A few more minutes of added scenes, and very good PQ. Great audio.

I've gotta buy that!

Can't justify a triple-dip...despite it being Stargate. Bought the original DVD, then the special edition/director's cut. It looks and sounds great, but it's not BD. What's the price of it? Maybe when it gets under $10...
