Just used FaceTime for the first time with a friend. Amazing quality and ease of use. No setup, it just worked first time. Apple got it right for ease of use. Now they need to let it work over 3G!

Apple and ATT have sent out the Iphone4 early for all of the pre-orders. They hope to avoid the mess from last year when on launch day; of the Iphone 3GS; it was hard to activate the phone and some folks had to wait a week before the phone did get activated.
Yep, they are arriving early as tomcrow1 mentioned. Activation took under 2 minutes this time around. I think it was about 45 minutes when I got my 3GS on launch day.
People started to get them yesterday. My whole family (except me) got thiers today. Mine still says tomorrow on fedex tracking.
