11. Are the Lions for real? Or are the Chiefs just the NFL's whipping boy?
I think I would give a yes to both questions. The Lions have gotten a lot stronger, but their schedule seems to be a bit softer than previously expected so we still haven't gotten to see their full potential yet. Here's the rest of the Lions schedule.

Week 3- Vikings (Away)
Week 4- Cowboys (Away)
Week 5- Bears (Home)
Week 6- 49ers(Home)
Week 7- Falcons
(Home)
Week 8- Broncos (Away)
Week 9- Bye
Week 10- Bears (Away)
Week 11- Panthers (Home)
Week 12- Packers (Home Thanksgiving)
Week 13- Saints (Away)
Week 14- Vikings (Home)
Week 15- Raiders (Away)
Week 16- Chargers (Home)
Week 17- Packers (Away)

The ones in Bold are the ones I think will be the toughest or most interesting.

Some real ugly stats yesterday...

Luke McCown... 6-19, 59 yards, 4 INTs. Somewhere, someone for the Jags is writing the apology/re-signing speech for the Jags brass to call back Gerrard.... OUCH!
Cassell.....15-22, 123 yards, 3 INTs. Wow...but it is not all his fault. Is anyone one of any importance not injured on his team?
Seahawks rushing... 13 carries for 31 yards. Do their defense, they played against a tough defense in the "old" Steelers. But what happened to Zach Miller? Oh yeah, 1 catch for 13 yards. 2 catches for 19 yards in 2 games. They are using him real good...
Raiders "Monster" defensive line: 217 yards on 25 carries for a 8.7 yards per carry average. OUCH!!!:mad::mad:
San Diego's GREAT defense: 504 yards given up. Yeah they played Brady... but still, you are SUPPOSED to be the best.

Dunta Robinson is due for a HUGE fine and suspension after last nights massive headhunter shot on WR Maclin. The video CLEARLY sees him lowering his head like a missile.

you guys kill me lmao!!! the bungles, clowns, sea chickens, chefs and the dolts. :haha

If the Colts are able to segue from Manning to Luck because they stunk for just one year, my brain is going to explode.

That would be akin to the year the Spurs lost David Robinson to injury, tanked it and then got Tim Duncan in the draft. The rest is history.

The chin isn't coming to Missouri. Just my opinion.

You mean return to Missouri?

I'd be pretty happy with either Cowher or Gruden, the latter would probably jump at the chance to work with a promising QB in Luck if the Chiefs did indeed end up picking first. I'm kind of afraid of Crennel or Zorn somehow becoming HC, they're both already on the staff.

And your team lost to the bungles.

Oh snap, you told him... oh wait he never boasted about losing to the Bengals the way you just boasted about winning against a team that will probably compete with the Colts and Chiefs for the services of Andrew Luck.

Bengals have the same record as the Steelers, and were a play away from having a better one, btw.

1,458 points scored through week 2 sets a new league record, with tonight's game still remaining....

but, but, but, scoring has to be down because of the kickoff rules, with so many teams starting at the 20 because of a plague of touchbacks!!! (lol)

Dan Marino's yardage record on pace to be shattered by like 4-5 QBs too, Brady needs less than 300 yards per game to break it now.

LMAO!! I want to go so much more deeper than that, but I promised in the college football thread I was going to take high road...I stick to it...!:shh:shh;)

I love all this offense. kickoffs seem ok to me too. another record by marino that has stood up long enough. i would love to see more than one qb throw for over 5,000 yards this season

Wait, Sgt. Slaughter was on the Chiefs coaching staff? :D

Next week, home opener against the JETS. UGH....

The Jet's offense is a mess, they have no running game, and they haven't figured out their one-dimensional passing game yet. The Jets should be able to exploit the Raiders' secondary...but they won't.

Their defense was torched by Dallas, and bullied a non-factor named Luke McCown yesterday. It's ugly all around, except special teams.

So far, two W's that hardly feel like W's. A rude awakening awaits...

Romeo is NOT head coach material. Trust me when I tell you this. Gruden, well, he can never make up his mind about QB's. He's a different flavor of the month guy. Not sure about Zorn. Although, I was hoping Cleveland wouldn't settle on him when we changed coaches this past year. Captain Spits clearly is the free agent coach of choice. Did he even make an announcement that he's returning to the coaching circus next year?

Rob Ryan’s Play Chart Had A Photo Of A Woman In A Bikini On It

It was just two weeks ago that Rob Ryan confirmed his "freaky" twin brother Rex's fetish for Rex's wife's feet. In doing so, Rob reminded us that "everybody has whatever screwed up thing going on." And yesterday, Rob gave us a bit of an indication of his own. It seems that as he considered which blitz package to use against the 49ers, he provided for himself the opportunity to get in a glimpse at a semi-nude woman. Click on the image above for a closer look.
