I like it. Ratings are pretty decent. You have to live in a household of females to really get some of it.

I am a Tim allen fan as well but it seems too much like the Tool Time guy dropped into a family with girls instead of one with all boys.

I like the show Tim Allen is very funny dealing with 3 teenage daughters completely different from dealing with 3 teenage sons.

Yes I predicted this very thing in another thread and even said Welcome back to the 90's. This show is EXACTLY like his old show Home Improvement. Except the new wife doesn't stand up to Tim like his old wife. They should of just done Home Improvement : The Next Generation. Then it could be the same cast as before ,but much older with their kids. They might have to find someone else to move in next door to hide behind the fence, but it's doable.

I can't think of too many successful sitcom revivals. Danny Thomas failed when he tried to update his 60s 60s sitcom in the 70s. maybe it could work but I am skeptical. To me changing the gender of the kids is not that big a change although one problem is that I could not even tell you the names of those characters. They just seem so stereotypical.

not sure of the ratings so far and I like Tim Allen in general so I won't give thsia thums down I just won't watch it unless I hear that it has hit its stride.

Gotta love a guy who can take a joke about his own opinions.

You are my hero Iceberg. Next week it might be Johnny Depp, Tom Brady, or Keith Richards but right now it's you.

Last night's episode was pretty funny as well. Really liked the "poke" joke and the very last scene. :)

Tim would have to be a grandpa though...

Maybe I will give it one more try. i wanted to like it but just dis not.

I have tried this show a couple times, I think Tim Allen is great, but just cant get into it. I will keep trying I guess ;)

It's become my favorite comedy. I think it has been getting better each week. I saw ABC ordered 2 extra episodes this week to bring it to 24 for the season.

Other than Two and Half Men, I haven't found any other comedies that I care to watch and even Men I record a bunch and watch them when I have time.

I have tried to watch it but I don't like it either. Loved Man Up! Thought it was very funny. From what I read on the internet the PC police didn't Man Up. Why? Because it showed men as they are. That's what made it so funny. I know people I work with that are just like the characters on Man Up.
As for "Last Man Standing" it's placed 3rd in the ratings for the time slot last week and has lost viewers since it's premiere. Started over 6 , now it's down to 2.4. I will never understand Television and why some shows stay on while others are cancelled. My Name is Earl is a perfect example of that. Season 4 was brilliant but NBC pulled the plug.

It makes me wonder how Networks get feedback on shows. " Work It" was cancelled after two episodes . How did it ever make it to the network in the first place? I also wonder about what would have happened with many classic shows that started out really slow but ended up doing great. Seinfeld was terrible during the first two seasons. But NBC stuck with it .
