2013 NFL Playoffs/Super Bowl

One thing is certain. Bellichick is the most classless coach in football. I could like that organization if he wasnt such a Baby. What a terrible representative of an organization. You would think after all these years he could grow a pair and act like an adult.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzz

More faux outrage from the usual suspects.

The day I become a sheep to Shannon Sharpe's opinions is the day I'd consider having a labotany.

These two sentences sum up my feelings rather nicely:

Sure, he isn’t the best coach in the world with the media, but who said that’s required of being a head coach? His main job is to coach football and he is one of the best in the history of the game.

I want to congradulate both the Ravens and 49ers for playing 2 great games on Sunday. Bill, Im sorry your Pats lost. I picked them to win. Anything but more Ray Lewis. Quickly, the reason you havent seen any posts from me is that I got the dreaded flu all last week from about last Wed. to about today.

GREAT point!!!

Montana won without Walsh, and then the 49ers won without either of them (1994 with Young and Seifert).

I'm having a hard time picturing the Patriots doing that without Brady.

Montana did win w/o Walsh but it was still Walsh's team when he won with Seifert.

Okay, I am "officially" sick of hearing about and seeing Ray Lewis' emotion goodbye story. I hope the Patriots crush this Ravens!

Go New England!!!

+1. Hell, +100!! I wanted the Pats to win. I cant root for the Ravens. There just a nasty team. How about Ray Lewis at the end? He was praying on the field? Did you see that? Thats a little too much too take. Btw, was there even a penalty on the hit on Ridley? That was very scary.

Cant root for them but the Ravens played better. They tipped a couple of balls from Brady and got an INT based on a tipped pass. And lets not forget they were driving and got an INT in the endzone.

How about these postgame stats vs. the Ravens?

Manning - 28/43, 290 YDS, 3 TD, 2 INT
Brady - 29/54, 320 YDS, 1 TD, 2 INT

Who was it that choked?

And as far as all time stats, pretty comparable.

Postseason stats

20 games - Manning: 481/761 - 5679 yards - 7.46 yds/att - 32 TD - 21 Int - 88.4 Rating
24 games - Brady: 553/887 - 5949 yards - 6.71 yds/att - 42 TD - 22 Int - 87.4 Ratiing

C. Both A and B :)

Yup, pretty comparable. That is until you get to 17-7 and 9-11. ;)

I healthy Pats team would have wiped out the Ravens easilly and thatès all am going to say about that!

Cheers, K

Meh. The Ravens went into Foxborough and smashed the Patriots in the mouth. And besides, EVERY team has injuries to overcome in the playoffs.

No excuses, the better won on Sunday (and I HATE to admit that, BTW).

Uh, nope, if you want a to blame a specific choker on the Broncos, that was Rahim Moore, who let Jacoby get by him, not Manning.

Brady choked long and hard. :)

Right, and I must have imagined Manning throwing that GAWD AWFUL pick in OT. Brady had two picks, but neither were as bad as that one. :)

They and he made it further than the Broncos did.

Brady and the Patriots win that game if the offense was given 2 special teams touchdowns, like Manning was.

7 AFC championship games, 5 Superbowls, 3 titles.

It is a FACT that Manning is just not very good record wise in the playoffs. Eli is a MUCH better Playoffs QB than older borther Peyton. But that is neither here nor there, as much as it pains me to say this, the 2 best teams this year are in the Super Bowl....period.

OK, I just puked in my mouth....
