Buckeyes need a defense that covers someone ... the D Line has been very good and Freshman Bosa is a stud.

Urban needs to start calling those plays from the Spread when people are open instead of the same predictable , Miller up the middle, Miller to the right, Miller to the left, particularly on 3rd down.

What amazes me about the tOSU was that the same old run, run, run, and run some more plays were being called on seemingly every possession. I thought I was watching a Ga Tech game for a while, until the wife reminded me it was her Bucknuts on the field. Time for a new OC? I hope so.

Usually OSU goes, BECAUSE of all the fans they have that travel ... fans traveling means money for the Bowl game ... also remember that the Bowls don't necessarily pick the team that they think are the next best, but the one that brings the people that spend the money.

I would rather they take the next best team available in thier eyes, but money does come into it.

If its fans that travel, be hard to decide against bama. They travel as well as anyone, better than most, and with Tuscaloosa being much closer to Miami than OSU, if that's the factor it seems a no brainer.

bama #2 imo
1 loss team. that loss freak play on the road. their D much better than Aub.

all these talking heads Aub did all this on a good Missouri D.......... really were was that D at yesterday ? over rated

Though the matchup will not be officially announced until Sunday night, Florida State is a prohibitive (-9.5) favorite over Auburn in the 2013-14 BCS Championship game. The total on this game is 65.5 at offshore sportsbook BetCris.

It is good to see the SEC will have an opportunity to win the final BCS. So many were giving the SEC heck for no defense but the SEC has finally gotten the memo that you need a good QB and a good passing game. They finally went out and got athletes on both sides of the ball. I would dare say the SEC has the best QB's overall in the nation and have developed some pretty good receivers over the last few years. Now, they just don't rely on a running game and a great defense.

I know Auburn can play defense and they are quite capable but I think FSU has the edge on defense. Maybe I am wrong but with a month between games it seems offenses frequently struggle with that long of a layoff. The timing is just off (passing game especially) and defenses usually have an easier time it seems. But, I think Auburn has a better running game that FSU and that could even the game quite a bit. In the end I think defense will win and for the first time in many years that is not what the SEC champ is known for. Should be a great game.

I'll give you Auburn has a better running game, thats easy, but FSU wins in passing and the RB's arent any slouches either. As far as defense, they arent even in the same zip code.

Im very confident with Pruitt having several weeks to prepare for the gimmick run. The FSU D will be well prepared, but Auburn will still score no matter what.

Check out ol sourpuss bad sport Cutcliffe, did something similar last year. I'm tired of hearing how good a guy he is, whatta douche... He acts like a petulant child when he gets his butt whooped.

He sees it as "running up the score", yet his team was still taking rough shots late in the game. I guess he expects the other team to lay down and give him a few scores. Hell, FSU let em score by playing nothing but the 2's and 3's on Duke's scoring drive...

Cutcliffe is a Bama alum. Probably one of those die hard Gumps at heart, pissed that he couldn't back the Tide into the NC by knocking off the Seminoles. ;) Lol at Jimbo's reaction. :D

Actually they didn't run Hyde enough.
He was averaging 4-5 yards a crack, what lost it was the stupid idea to go deep twice in one possession and the recvrs not catching the ball when they had the chance.

Bama was also in the mix ...
I would rather see Bama and OSU personally.

I just heard on the local news that Pitt will probably play Bowling Green in the game at Ford Field.

Bowl games are out now but I don't know how to post it and keep the correct format so if someone would like to post them, that would be great.

For WHATEVER reason they decided to have 2 games on a stand alone day (Jan 3rd) ... Jan 2, 4, 5 and 6th all have ONE game on, what do they do ... On Jan 3rd they decide to put 2 games on at the SAME TIME.

It happens to be 2 games I want to see ...

The Orange Bowl, Ohio State vs Clemson and the Cotton Bowl, Missouri vs Oklahoma State ...

The only time NY day games are on at the same time are the early games, noon and 1 pm.

How STUPID ....
