I think John Fox is a very capable coach- Carolina didn't get to Super Bowl XXXVIII and the 2005 NFC Championship Game in spite of him, I can say that for damn sure.
And surely he had to do something to get Denver to 13-3 with Peyton last few years. Some coaches probably lose a game here or there even with Peyton Denver didn't lose. Trust me, Denver didn't go 26-6 the last few years in spite of Fox/Del Rio.
Look, some teams win in spite of their coaches (see Switzer, Barry), but that doesn't mean we have to say because one coach is better than another, it doesn't mean he's capable of winning against said coach.
Belichick is better than Fox, but that doesn't mean Fox can't win on Sunday.

I thought back to the ridiculous Fox > Belichick thing that was said earlier in this thread and wanted to give my two cents.
The only thing that kept Fox and the Panthers from winning the SB was a top notch QB.Sure,some will say they had Delhomme,I will say umm yea they had Delhomme.Fox is a great NFL coach,win lose or draw this playoff season.

Hmmm, perhaps it's the cheating legacy he left at USC that runs people the wrong way? Or perhaps that he ran out of town right before sanctions were handed down by the NCAA? I certainly don't think he's less of a jerk than Harbaugh.

Harbaugh is a whiny turd, who's own brother and mother have dissed on. He has no friends to speak of. Rick Neuiheisal commented recently about his time at UW when Carroll was at USC and Harbaugh at Stanford. At the annual coaches meeting for the Pac-10 there would be 9 coaches going to dinner together and Harbaugh wouldn't go. Wanted nothing to do with the other coaches and was always arrogant and dismissive.
