NCAA Football 2014 season

So bama jumps to number 1 in the coaches. I'm not that shocked considering fsu game this week, then again bama was off.

Oh well, top four is the same between ap and coaches, abd that's about what I'd say right now for the playoff.

Anyone have any more of this as in from start of the guy running on the field till he's taken off and whatever?

Pretty cool tackle! :D

When the game was on live, they didn't show the fan going on to the field, so I don't know if there was footage from the beginning ...

However, we could ask TMZ.

I just want to say Kentucky is still in contention for the SEC East division title. Haven't had a chance to say that with honesty this late in the SEC season in quite a while. But seriously, the game against South Carolina this week in Lexington will be a true test to see if this team is really moving up in the world. Spurrier has almost always beaten the Cats like a drum.

Tuned in for a few minutes to the Vandy - UK game Saturday and the teams kept giving the ball to each other like they didn't want to take the responsibility of having it, 4 turnovers inside of about 2 minutes, 2 for each team, and you think that game wasn't for last place in the SEC? Seriously? :D

And you think UK has a shot against USC? Good luck on that one. They may have a chance the following game playing the Sunbelt's UL-Monroe, but this one?

Yes. I hope they kick the stuffing out of those birds!

Just watch and see.

There are going to be three top 15 matchup games involving just SEC West teams this weekend.

That has to be a record.

Jacoby Brissett looked better in the loss to FSU than Driskel has ever looked for Florida.

Yall read where NC ST's coach was saying FSU players were faking injuries?

Ya know we've all seen this on the college level and NFL. I really think its time for a rule - as in if you have an injury if you go down you can't return for at least the remainder of the offensive/defense run of the ball whichever your team is on. You see guys go down when up tempo runs are happening by the offensive side all the time and they go out for 1 play then right back in..so I'm in favor of a rule here. Hell it wouldn't bother me to see them force it on the college level that if you go out with an injury you are out for the remainder of that quarter just to be on the safe side of that players health :)

I disagree ... its the FAKE injury in that situation that needs to be addressed.

If a player is legit and hurt, needs a play or two off and then he's fine, thats one thing, but like you said, an injury just to stop the clock and allow substitutions is Not right.

Looks like the sec network, the network that would not get any marquee matchups get a top 15 game for the morning broadcast.

Gosh I can't wait for Saturday. This is the biggest weekend for college football in the history of the state of Mississippi. And I imagine they are going to lay a goose egg.
