What's for dinner ?

Normally I don't make pizza in the summer because it heats up the kitchen too much. But I had a craving and put together some dough yesterday afternoon. After work today I made an amazing mushroom and pepperoni pizza. Locally crafted IPA.

The wife went to an Indian restaurant with her friends. I had a crappy day at work and didn't feel like cooking. So I grabbed a sub at my favorite Mom and Pop shop and headed over to my favorite brewery. One IPA down and one to go.

Oh, and my desert will be a handful of quarters pumped into some old school pinball games. I feel like Im in college again. Crappy day, fixed.

Well it's Monday. I'm retired and really don't follow days of the week so much so I pretended it was Tuesday and had 2 extra large tacos! Mm mm good!

Albertsons had a sale on whole chicken for 97 cents per pound the other day. I bought 2. Tonight, I cut one up and froze half.

Half smoked chicken finished with Stanley's Famous Clucker Sauce, rice pilaf and mixed vegetables. Beer.

Shepherd's pie made with beef, lamb, carrots, peas, tomatoes, potatoes, garlic, herbs and spices. Irish red ale.
