Normally I don't make pizza in the summer because it heats up the kitchen too much. But I had a craving and put together some dough yesterday afternoon. After work today I made an amazing mushroom and pepperoni pizza. Locally crafted IPA.
The wife went to an Indian restaurant with her friends. I had a crappy day at work and didn't feel like cooking. So I grabbed a sub at my favorite Mom and Pop shop and headed over to my favorite brewery. One IPA down and one to go.
