    You will need to add them to your favorite's list. They will show up in the All Channels list but not the favorites.

    All the fiber that goes in the ground for Fios is run in new. It is run competely separate from the copper that is in the ground now.

    I live in Glen Burnie and I can pull both DC and Balt. locals and I can tell you that Fox 45 usually shows the Skins games unless the Ravens are playing at the same time.
