Since two work find get a 3way splitter to put at receiver location use third port for current ant. Then in the rooms that have troubles put a 2way splitter with ant on one port. No need to buy ant, just strip some regular cable and it works as an ant.

Without another receiver you will never be able to see more than the two tuners. Hookup as many TVs as you wish but there will always only be two seperate tuners. So any TVs beyond the first two will watch the same programming as the others.

my first guess is bad splitter, cable or fittings as 1 splitter should have very very minimal effect on the signals feeding the two tv2s either that or your cable run has multiple barrels in it further degarding the signal. two to 4 quality splitters should be able to be used before you start...
