Just want to say Thanks to D* for the MPEG 4 conversion of all the legacy channels, I watch the Basketball game last night on TNT and that was the first time I saw true HD basketball on TNT

Just want to give Paramount credit on this release for an older movie the transfer was very good IMO both pq and aq were very good considering how old this movie was.

I dont know how reliable zap2it.com is but I noticed on the guide that most of the HBO channels had HD listed under the movies. HBO 2 HBO Family are the channels coming to mind

Just curious are we ever going to see actualy HD programming on this channel, I though since College Football is starting we will start seeing some HD programming.

Just curious if its better to have audio come from an HDMI source rather than a optical source. I have an Onkyo 605 that supports HDMI for audio. Will I notice any difference in the audio quality.

I have a 1080p Samsung DLP, just curious for the 720p stations is it better to leave Native on and watch 720p or Native off and watch it on 1080i?

While looking through the guide I noticed that it does not say virtual next ESPN and ESPN 2 anymore these are for channel 206 and 209 so is D* finally starting to convert these channels? All other legacy HD channels still say virtual next to them.

Does anyone know when there will an update to have all the Station Logos updated in the guide its been 8 months since the new HD channels got lit up. I know I am being to picky on a stupid thing but I just want to see if there is any future updates for this.

Hopefully this is a sign that D* is getting close to changing all MPEG2 channels to MPEG4 this morning on the guide channels 509 and 543 said tune to channel 70 and 71.
