Can you input the 118.7 (F1) into the input of a 1000.2 lnb?
Sorry I did a search on this but got tired of looking.
I'm trying to avoid the high cost of using a sw44

hudgreen....I think you can do it that way

Tommy....when someone is on Eastern Arc and have Internationals they plug the 118.7 output to the 1000.4 dish

SO I dont see why it wouldnt work that way. The input is for another satellite slot. Doesn't say which one it has to be ;)

To clarify I want to put a 500+ next to the 1k2 and run the f1 output to the input on the 1k2

If he has access to maybe a D500+ or even the stock Dish FSS/DBS LNB then yes it would work

aftermarket LNB's (that were mainly used to steal Dish services) will not work due to the different LNB LO frequency setup it uses

it will work fine. Juts plug the 118.7 output (I think it says 119F on the output) into the 1000.2 and rerun check switch. You'll have to aim the dish first ;)

ok so it works like a charm
BTW that out put is called 1F not F1.....thats some sort of race car I think :D
