1000 VOD Down?

Title says it all. Have noit been able to access it since yesterday. Message says "1000 (DTV) is currently not available."

All of them work except 1000, even 1100 works.

OK. Upstairs receiver works. LR will not. Getting irked.

I'm working on it now. I did find it does not like my powerline adapter on the same socket.

Connection test is fine. Only error is no phone line. Weird I can access all of the VOD lists except 1000.

yep weird. other users no issues, you have a 2nd unit with no issue. seems weird that that one unit only having issues with only that channel. ARGH!

... and sorry for the silly question: you sure its not removed / blocked in a FAV list?

No Favorite lists. I've got a service call in. If it clears up tomorrow, I'll cancel it. For now I'll let it play out for the next 24 hours.

Aaarrrggghhh. Getting frustrated. Shows are showing up in the search on 1000 and are able to be downloaded, but I still can't access the guide.

Nope. Tech support was even more clueless than E*. Said I had to have a phone line connected or I couldn't watch them in another room. Tried a suggestion I found on the web forum. Didn't work either. Everything checks out, no errors, just 1000 isn't available.

.. and last maybe silly question or idea....

unplug everything except for the basic just dish and cable out to TV

perform a full factory reset? (or reset everything)

That's what I did. I unplugged everything including the adapter and sam power and plugged everything back in one at a time.

Sorry... I was meaning going into the main setup menu under RESET and choosing the "RESET EVERYTHING" option while only having the most basic connections.
