I am attempting to dial my 6' dish in on the 105W slot. I believe I am there, but would like someone to see if they are getting the same transponder that I am getting. After doing a blindscan, I only get the following transponder:

4159 V 29997
S2 8PSK 3/4
Pilot Off

My Ultra reports a quality of 73% on this transponder. It contains a mux of 6 scrambled channels.

I would really like to get the 3920 mux, but I don't even get a whiff of it on blindscan or when I "key" in the transponder. Can someone verify that this is the right info for that transponder?

3920 V 30000
S3 8PSK 5/6
Pilot Off

If I am indeed on 105W, can someone with a 6' dish tell me if they are getting the 3920 mux? What is your quality reading?

Before you tear too much hair out, try 3780, H, 30000. It has the NBC HD Feeds and the Universal Sports channels. I'm using a OPENBOX S9, and a 7.5ft dia mesh dish and that's all I get on that sat. I get NO signal Quality on 3920, V, 30000.

i just tried 3920 also, i no longer have it, i seem to recall getting it before, but i dont have it now.

3920 V 30000 disappeared last week I do believe. 4160 V 30000 is there, scrambled. 3780 has been ON/OFF for the last month. It's OFF right now. 3940 H 30000 is ON

3920 is weaker than the others. Still there, with a new channel coming soon
I doubt you'll see a thing with a six footer. I get it but this sat requires me to tweak my dish a bit to get a stronger signal. That tweaking throws off my Ku sats. I also found that the other TPs have to suffer a little because I have to lower my elevation just a hair to get 3920.

3920 V 30000
S2 8PSK 5/6
Pilot On (1)

59% on my Azbox with an 8'..barely enough to lock a channel

4159 V 29997
S2 8PSK 5/6
Pilot On (1)

78% much easier to lock

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I tried the other transponders again with no luck. I guess I need a bigger dish :(. At lest I know I am on 105W though with the 4160 transponder....
