Is that for my friend down the street? He is tired of all the cable increases so he always jokes about running coax to everyones house on their own and then splitting the cost of a Directv subscription with the NFL packages, he was thinking everyone paying $20 a month. It was a joke.

You can run an unlimited number of tuners with the right amplification and switches

Are they all in HD? Sometimes hotels skimp and dump everything to SD.

It depends on the Tv’s and system.

If they are commercial grade Tv’s then they can do an HD headend.

Otherwise If they are not commercial grade Tv’s then it’s SD Only, unless they put a receiver in each room
