new problem

we got the dish running last night and every thing was cool
i had a little trouble with the coolst 5000 earlyer today
so i did a reset to factory and also reloaded the factory defalut bin

now all i get is IA6 or what ever it is ... the motor will move to anything else
i put it on usals and the mox will not say its moving to anything
HELP

Check you long & lat in setup and make sure they are correct for your location

make sure the satellites say "W" and that your USALS say "N" & "W"...the default is E

the list is for a coolsat 5000 but i'm sure it will work in the coolsat 6000

the 4000/5000/6000 all use the same interface so the channel lists will work in them

too bad the 8000 doesnt support that

i know this post should be in the classsifeds but i posted it there i got one response the i wen to add something to it and it was gone now it says i dont have access to to post in that section...

i need to sell off my channel master 1.2 meter dish and dual cband ku band lnb...


dues to the fact that my fam has no money asking $125 or might trade it for an hd sat box i would ship it but i have no money to even think of shiping it...

and everything is ready for pick now

He said this is his 1.2m Channel Master dish.
Doesn't look like he ever got around to installing the C-band LNB.

Shipping a 4' dish (1.2 meters) would be an arm 'n a leg.

i used two pieces of wood and a mount from my 90 cm dish which is now back on the 90

it is the dish that is in he picture at the start of the thread

the dish is in very good shape

ill also throw in a primestar dish with lnb i do need to get the dish out of here soon
