? About Returning Receivers to D*

When my HR20 took a dive, D* was to send me a new receiver and a recovery kit. Ends up they sent me two new receivers and 0 recovery kits.

1. How long does it take to get a recovery kit to send the defective receiver back?

2. What do I do with this extra HR21? There is no record of them sending two.

It should not take more than 5 - 8 business days to get a kit.

Do the right thing and call them back to get it cleared up.

get rid of the other HR21/keep for in case the one they sent takes a dive as well
