AMC10 Strong transponder

For alignment reasons, does anyone know of a strong DVB transponder on AMC10 at 135W? I've tried the HSN digital feed on 3915MHz, Horizontal, 3980 symbole rate 3/4 FEC and couldn't find it. Is the CSPAN 3 multiplex strong? Any other powervu muxes strong? What also doesn't help is that I'm in Northeast PA, so my elevation angle is 14.2 degrees.

Have you tried Galaxy 15 @ 133, lots of DVB there?

It is a stationary dish at AMC 10, so I need a signal from AMC 10.

Well what I show as channel on there
3780 H 29200 (strongest of the bunch)
3820 H 29270

I had to cut down a tree and still need to cut down more. 14 degree elevation is a killer.
