That would be interesting up against his old show Two and a Half Men if the show is still around by then :D :)

Why? The way I read it Fox is only syndicated....the new shows are still on fx

The Chicago Tribune and other news sources reported, "The show will air on nine Fox stations. FX will retain the exclusive cable rights to its reruns." To me this sounds as though Fox will be broadcasting new episodes and the rebroadcasts will be on FX. But perhaps I shouldn't be reading without my glasses. ;)

I read it as FX will have shows/reruns until 2014 then in Sept 2014 the reruns will be on BOTH Fox owned stations and on FX.....kinda like 2 1/2 men is now. Its on our My29 (owned by Fox) twice a night and also on FX

New shows would be on FX still

IF Mike D is correct there amy not be any new episodes by that time. Always possible they could go past the 100 episode mark. "House of payne" hada similar deal with TBS and they would up making 250+ episodes.

Fox ordered something like a 100 episodes...I wonder if they're going to broadcast two half-hour episodes per week? Anyway, I'm looking forward to the the return of this show and hope they run it opposite of 2 1/2 Duds (and I didn't mean Dudes).

That would be a great way of putting the shows up against each other :D :)

As I recall, the reruns will eventually air on Fox affiliates during non-primetime so they will, in some form, be running opposite 2.5 in that 6-8 PM (aka Judge Judy) timeslot. Offhand, I would love see the new episodes aired during Fox prime time since I lot of people don't know where FX is in their channel lineup.

Anyway, I see Season 2 episodes 1 and 2 are scheduled to air on 17 January: Charlie Loses it at a Baby Shower followed by Charlie's Dad Starts to Lose It. Like father, like son!!

Yep, I'm looking forward to tonight's show too. Sheen has been on the talk show circuit promoting the show and I think he was on The View (aka The Spew) today. Hopefully more folks will tune-in and find the FX channel in their lineup. Oh, one thing Sheen has mentioned is that he plans to make 90 more episodes of Anger Management and then take a few years off of acting to raise his children. It's an admirable thought..but my money is on him going off the rail on a crazy train before that happens.
