Arizona Locals in Bay Area?

I asked the same question in the Directv forum but I am a Dish customer but am really looking at going to Directv but...
Is there any way for me to get Arizona locals in the Bay Area? I know Directv locals are spot beamed but is the same with dish? I am in one state for part of the year and then in the other the other part of the year.
I have addresses in both states but will dish flip my service back and forth? I can install a dish in both places but will Dish want to do an install each time?

AZ is on spot beam with E* as well on 129W for the HD. E* will allow you to switch service back and forth as long as you use the same receivers in both locations. Otherwise, you'd be account stacking from their point of view. Is the Bay area address a permanent one or one that changes each time?

The spot beam on which the Phoenix locals are on only touches areas in Arizona.

I think Dish has a snowbird policy...I don't remember it. It's new, though.

There is a snowbird account with Dish- don't think Direct has it.
Allows service between a summer and winter location without problems.
I believe it is called a snowbird account
