nternal data suggest Sirius XM could generate another $50 million for every 1 million subscribers that upgrade to its "Best of Both Worlds" package, which costs $4 extra a month and enables users to package their own set of channels from XM and Sirius.

Ive never heard about the ability to pick what channels will be in the "best of" package that you will be able to obtain with existing radios. I question the accuracy of this article. More so since it is the New York Post.

This is old news, the pricing and proposed lineup (minus the ACTUAL included channels) were announced way before the merger was completed:

The "best of" packages will NOT require new radios.

A la carte will require new radios, due out in about 3 months and full-interorperabiilty (both services, one radio) is more like 9 months out.

If the best of Sirius package includes the Grateful Dead channel i'll get it.
