Well, when I signed up with VOOM, I wasn't expecting all the glitches I first encountered. I expected some, but locking up hardware 5X/day, having to unplug the STB 5X/day was becoming very annoying and did not impress my wife at all. With all that and I really wasn't impressed with most of the content in their programming.

I called in for a service appt last week due to the amount of frustration and they were scheduled to replace both of my STB's.

Since the last update, I must say, my VOOM service has been flawless. Lockups are gone, DVI is working full time, no snow or black screens anymore! I CANCELLED MY SERVICE APPT! And I'm really enjoying the content this month!

Now ESPN is coming!? Cable, you are on the way outta here!!!
I'm happy. :D
