Can't access my billing

Login to the main dish site fine but can't get to my billing or programming.Web page can't be displayed.Anyone having this issue?I use firefox browser.
 
thanks Bobby,must have been a ghost in the system.I tried again right after I posted and it worked.
 
I tried at home on my pc and Internet Explorer worked. At work here on my Mac Safari worked. Firefox did not work on either and that is the browser I usually use on both.
 
When I hit My Account it just spins and eventually will fail out. But I find that if I hit refresh (reload) while it is spinning it takes me to the login screen and then everything is fine. I'm on IE 8.

Firefox does not load the page for me at all, but the same thing that happens to loubon, happens to me when using IE. I'll see if I can find out more about what's going on.

**EDIT** - We have IT looking into it now, will keep you updated on any word I receive.

I've not had any luck since trying to login last night. Same this morning, and again just now. Just goes to a white screen with a small box that says "dish NETWORK Processing request". Continues clocking like it's trying load, but never gets there. Running Firefox.

Try using IE, it's been loading fine. The outage seems to be with Firefox and Chrome, and IT is currently working on a fix for it (didn't give any ETA though).
