can't pickup channel anymore

I was getting Living Faith tv on galaxy 16 for years, then I lost video and audio but still had signal. I rescaned and cannot pick up even a signal now. I am still getting all other channels on satellite. I have 8' dish ,DSR922 receiver & coolsat 5000. According to lyngsat they are still there. Any ideas?

Well. Lyngsat is known to be only 'fairly' accurate. I see it listed on another list also (that was last updated Feb 11) but is not on another list. I don't see it either. When did you notice it gone? I wonder if they went to IP service.

I noticed the video & audio were gone around the first of Feb. still had the signal for a while after that. I;m not all that smart, just what is IP service anyway. Maybe I can learn something new. Thanks very much for your reply, it was driving me crazy.
