I'm trying to set up a recording via DTV's website. I subscribe to NHL Center Ice and my account shows it as such. I'm signed in to my account and tracked down the game I want on channel 774 (HD feed). When I hit the record button, I get a message saying I'm not authorized for this programming and go to my account page to add it. Very frustrating to say the least. In the past I've been able to set up recording of CI games in this manner. Any one else having an issue with like this?
My work around was to set the recording from my android phone. The DTV app worked like it was supposed to. My only qualm with the android app is you can't track down the sport package schedule to see which channel is going to be which feed.
