CSR Fried MY STB

I'm on the phone to VOOM trying to sign up for VA VA Voom and this joker says he needs my S/N so I give it to him and he promptly unauthorizes my box and tells me it's not his fault.
I'm talking to his supervisor now

Another reason they need to get online ability for customers to change/add to their subscription.

Yes, after about 30 minutes of guessing how it happened and another "hit" and front panel reset.
Supervisor said he didn't understand why the CSR couldn't re-authorize STB.
I bet he hit the wrong button somewhere.
Anyway, I'm VA VA VOOM now
