Well, the technician was here for about 2 hours. The D11 phone line test failed. He called tech. and they told him as far as the D11 goes some of them will not work until they send a software update, he didnt know when.
The caller ID works very good on my D11-500.It was installed 3/20/06.Make sure
you subscribe to Caller ID thru your phone company and the phone wire is connected to the back of the receiver and the Caller ID function is turned on on the receiver.
In fact the D-11-500 is the first receiver I have had that indentifies the calls from
Call Waiting ID.Which I subscribe to also.
