WWJ-TV (CBS - Detroit) 8031 and channel 62

WDIV-TV (NBC - Detroit) 8032 and channel 4

WJBK-TV (FOX - Detroit) 8033 and channel 2
WMYD-TV (My - Detroit) 8034 and channel 20

WKBD-TV (CW - Detroit) 8035 and channel 50

WTVS-TV (PBS - Detroit) 8036 and channel 56

Theres a wing channel on the 61.5 satellite but unless your a sunday church goer and watch your gospil on tv then you would be interested in this channel. If your friend is moving north to Michigan its good info, otherwise he wont be able to "move" to get the channels as they are on spotbeam.

The channel that was on the wing satellite (Channel 38) is now on spotbeam on the 110 satellite.

Also keep in mind HD local channels from Detroit are on a conus beam on 118.7

If you want to move here, there are plenty of abandoned houses in the city
