Hello,
I was just confirming if 22khz works behind a diseqc switch.
At the moment i have it setup as
Receiver
-v
Diseqc port 1 | Diseqc port 2
-v
Dish 1 | Dish 2

At both of the dishes i have 2 lnbs and I don't want to have another run of cable. I had a 22khz switch before behind a diseqc but all I could see was the verticals on the 0khz. 22khz wouldn't work.

The 22khz don't have to be ecoda right. I believe this should work, I had a universal behind a diseqc before and.. universals are 22khz in a way right?

Anyways thanks!

Ecodas can be put in the line wherever so you can have

receiver------ecoda port 1----motor-----LNB
----------------ecoda port 2----diseqc----4 LNB's

or
receiver----ecoda port 1-----diseqc
--------------ecoda port 2------diseqc

all other 22k switches need to be between diseqc and LNB's as posted above

receiver------ecoda port 1----motor-----LNB
----------------ecoda port 2----diseqc----3 LNB's Echo-7 for Nasa, G18, G27

This is just how I have my system setup and it works very well for me.
Just got a 9200 Panasat here and learning it, its a slow curve for me after having the Mercury (that I am keeping).

One suggestion I have is when your setting up and scanning in things moving the motor a whole lot I run directly to the the motorized dish then later setup the rest of the system, not sure if it helps any but I like to play it safe.

Reciever > Motor > DiSEqC > 22KHz > LNB
Will one of those DishNetwork SW21's work for this? I have 3 of 'em in my "box-O-satellite-goodies" and that should get me (in theory) 2 LNB's off each port of a 4-way diseqc switch? Would it still pass H/V commands too?

A SW21 will work if you load hacker sortware into your reciever. I once tried
rec- ecoda sw22( port 1)-sw21(port 1)-lnb, sw21(port2 lnb)
(port 2) -motor-disecq(1)motored dish
(2)fixed lnb
(3)fixed lnb
(4)fixed lnb

This combo worked on a Visionsat200 with non factory firmware.
