I am glad to hear that I am not the only one. I thought it was stuck in a loop or something. The same screens over and over (vital software being downloaded) after a reboot. Been at it for about 2 hours so far.
I had to reset two out of three 722s. Wonder what causes that reboot loop!

Safe to say this is why mine won't turn completely on too..... Good job, Dish ! Hat's off to the beta testers too. How could something like this get missed ?

Yeah mine did it too. Weird thing is, in the counters screen it shows 32! software downloads and previous software L4.49! Current software is L4.49!
Just got up and finished my breakfast, and am watching what happens. I now see what is going on. It is in a software download install loop. Did they make a mistake in the info that says what machines to target, including that l4.49 replaces l4.49?
I assumes Dish may know the problem by now, but I didn't call them. Does anyone know or should we inundate them with calls.

Second 622 had more problems:
Stayed in an update loop (303)
Pulled plug.
Came back up with a boot recovery (061)
Started another download.
Went into programming memory (303)
Rebooted.
Back to normal.

Yes, all three are working great. The resetting resolved the two that were rebooting.
