I did call and gave them an earful. The techs had no good answer. They're sending a tech here today but I don't think he'll be able to change anything.My Dish guide color and format changed today 1/22/26. It has grey background which is awful and hard to see what channels are recording etc. Anyone else get this treacherous unpdate?
they won't be able to revert the guide back to the old one. it's embedded into the hopper. they would have to write a new guide and download it to our hoppers!!!I did call and gave them an earful. The tech arrived and asked what he was looking at on my TV. He had never seen the new guide and had no ideas. Dish did not charge for the visit. Bottom line is there's no going back. By the way, the Movie and Sports guide options do not work. They both include programs that have nothing to do with these categories.Cancel visit they may be a service call charge.
