Dish Network taking forever

What is up with this Dish Network Website.
How many weeks can we expect this to be tied up.
What is the problem?
You can pay you bill of course.
But Programming changes forget it.
Lets go. And while they are at it maybe they can drop that bogus $5 downgrade fee along with the other bogus 1 time in 12 months online only program removel. Com'on!:rant:

I've found that calling voice works just fine for making adjustments to programming. In more than a few cases, it is required.

I'm sure calling and the chats work just fine, But Million dollar satellite company should atleast have a fully functional website after a week of being handicapped.

Febuary is 2 months away. The website updating in December should have nothing to do with Febuary. Sorry, Don't buy that.
Still waiting for a good answer.
I think in 5 years with D* their website may have been down maybe 4-6 hours at the most. When E* web is down , Its always days. They maybe might want to work on that.

I would love to meet the guy in charge of all the web information. I know its not charlie ,I don't think he even knows whats going on half the time.
Anyone who seen a Charlie chat knows exactly what I'm talking about.

Does that mean there will be an increase for those of us who still get the Turbo packages? There'd better not be (after all the broken promises they did to us last February such as a $10 increase for 3 new channels in HD)...OR ELSE!!! :rant:
