We have started our roll out for new software. As a quick reminder, these roll outs are done in waves. If your system doesn't have the update feel free to update via the Tools menu with the Upgrade Software option.

What about the J4, WJ4, & Hopper Plus?

Me too also. H3 on 325. I sure hope DISH updates the new stuff soon. Getting old having to reboot J4s all the time

Upgraded both of my Hopper3 receivers from H325 to H328 and my Joey3 to J527.

What about the J4, WJ4, & Hopper Plus?

This update is only for the XiP and ZiP receiver lines.

If Dish has too much trouble with a particular upgrade, they just leave it and skip that number, as do most software companies. Especially, if it made it to Beta testing.

Same with me. Also, I tried to update my Joey 3 and I don't see that option in the Tools Menu.

Be very careful. The last update to the DA app made it basically unwatchable, at least on the firestik. I’d really hate to see them screw up the H3.

It may tonight with the nightly power cycle. When they installed the Plus it loaded the Plus update from the Hoppe 3 via his thumb drive. Dish is coming in the morning to re-link one of the Joey 4.0.

Got the update for H3 but curious about Joey 4. Black screen of death still shows up once an hour on the Joey 4s.

I had a ruff tech visit. Third party tech who never even seen the Plus system. We replaced the Joey 4.0 which lost its link. Neither the new Joey nor with the overnight updates did it update the Joey software on either Joey.

According to the chart in the OP there isn’t an update for the Joey 4.
