DTS Audio Supported with Openbox s9?

Anyone using an Openbox s9 and able to lock the few open channels on Telstar12 S2 Mux (11857 H 45000) and get audio? Chilevision should be open on this mux and audio is listed as DTS.

Here is a list of what is ITC on this sat I scanned in with my OpenBox and posted a few weeks ago. The first four are listed in Lyngsat. #5 to 11 scan in scrambled but are ITC from the "Television Directa Hogar" mux. The last few are also listed on Lingsat. Audio was fine, I didn't know there was anything special about it.

Many thanks for the prompt reply, this helps. I want to use the Openbox with my Stab USALS motor. Do you know if there are any issues with the Openbox S9 running a USALS motor?

The Openbox works wonderfully with USALS, in my experience. My motor is a Powertech DG-280.

As to the DTS issue: When the DVB-S2 Russian mux on 99W Ku was partially unencrypted, the Openbox said that the audio was DTS on the banner at the bottom of the screen, and it played. However, on the PID display screen (after several clicks of the Info button), it said that the audio was AAC. Does DTS incorporate AAC? I've never bothered to research it.

72w - 3 995 V 2220 shows as DTS on my openbox, in the first INFO screen. Shown as AAC in the audio menu and the INFO screen showing the PIDs. (Pansat 9200 had no audio here.) I think there's also a channel on 137w with this DTS audio. I don't think DTS and AAC are related, (but I could be wrong) just that the openbox has a "hickup" in the INFO display,

I've found a few channels that identify themselves as DTS on my OpenBox, so, i guess it does them fine.
