I'm passing up that whole 3D thing for awhile. My 58" plasma is only a little over 2 years old and I'm not going to go out and buy a 3D-capable screen when this screen is barely broken-in...

Been archiving more 3D than anything on Directv, have to go set some timers for stuff I just came across (could do it online but I need to change cables for my CSI Miami Drive)
I didn't realize Direct now supported Archiving. Used to be an External HDD "replaced" the internal HDD. Can you now move content from the internal to an external (archival) drive ?
Still that way, but you can pick and choose (painful process) if shows are not back to back (reboot etc)
I have a WD drive that didn't work with my HR20, but after thinking about it has 2 partitions on it (one has WD stuff) I'm using with Dish now but am thinking of clearing off for my HR24 then wiping out the WD partition...
