EMP Centauri 168 Disecq Switch Help

I have just installed two EMP Centauri 168 disecq switches because of multi receivers and getting both polarities. I am setting the switches up as though it is a motor. Do need do one switch at a time or can I use the motor moving setting and do them both at the same time? Thank you.

They aren't programmed. Just got wiring done.
